Directions to the McCall House (Click on the map above for driving directions) Take Ashland Exit 19 from I-5. Head south on Valley View Road. Turn left at first traffic light onto North Main/Highway 99. Turn left on Oak Street in downtown Ashland. McCall House is the beautiful yellow Victorian on the left side of Oak Street just across Lithia Way.

McCall House Protocol Check in time is between 3-6pm. Other arrangements gladly made if necessary with prior notice. Check out time is 11:00am Children welcome ages 10 and older. Deposit of $150 in high season and $100 in low season is required within seven days of booking to confirm reservation. Deposit is applied to last reserved night. Cancellations: A 30 day cancellation notice is required prior to date of arrival for a refund of deposit less a $20 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days, the entire deposit is forfeited unless room can be rebooked. We reserve the right to reassign rooms when reservation dates are reduced or changed. Group Policy: Reservations of three or more rooms require a one night deposit within seven days of reservation, and full prepayment 60 days in advance of arrival. A 60 day cancellation notice is required for refunds as stated in the above cancellation policy. Rates: Rates are seasonal: $100 - $245 per night, are based on single/double occupancy, and include full breakfast and refreshments. Rates do not include 8% lodging tax. For a third person, please add $25. Special Winter packages available.
